AMfactory is a one-person business run by Adam Malherbe in Copenhagen. This page explains what this website stores about you, and why.
When you fill in the contact form we store your name, your business, your contact details and your message. We use it only to get back to you. We don't sell or share it.
We log a visit with the time, language choice, country, IP address, browser type and the page you came from. It's used to see whether the site is being used — not for advertising, and we don't buy profiles from third parties.
We use no cookies for analytics or marketing. If you choose English or Danish, we store that choice in a single functional cookie (amf_lang) so you get the same language next time.
Data sits on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We keep enquiries for as long as they're relevant to a possible or ongoing agreement, and visit logs for at most 12 months.
You can always ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to hej@amfactory.ai and we'll sort it. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
